Currently we accept PPO’s but not HMO’s or DMO’s. A PPO or Preferred Provider Organization is a type of coverage that gives you the option of going to either a participating provider or a non-participating provider. A participating provider is responsible for what your contract states.
We also accept Sigma and Anthem. If you do not have an insurance provider or simply have additional questions call us and we will happily assist you.
